Who would have thought that the most ordinary potato, which is one of the most frequent guests on the table of every Russian, has great health benefits. Potato baked in the oven with beef is very aromatic and tasty. From the dishes you will need pots, or a stewpan.

A pound of fresh beef needs to be cut into small cubes (3x3 cm), then sprinkled with pepper and salt. Put meat and vegetables in a saucepan or pots. If you like fatter dishes, put a little fat on the bottom. Pour it over with water or meat broth, add a few peppercorns and black pepper.
