  • chicken breast - 500 grams;
  • sour cream - 100 grams;
  • flour - 100 grams;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • black ground salt and pepper - to taste;
  • dill - in portions;
  • non-aromatic vegetable oil for frying.

Cooking technology

Prepare chicken parts (rinse, dry with paper towels). Grind meat with a knife: cut it into small cubes. Place the prepared meat in a deep bowl or pan in which we will cook our minced meat for cutlets without onions.

Introduce raw eggs to the meat and mix it thoroughly. Add salt and pepper. Introduce the sour cream product and mix the resulting minced chicken again.

A frying pan with a thick bottom and a non-stick coating is heated on a stove. Add refined vegetable fat. Since the cutlet mass turns out to be liquid, we will use a tablespoon to take the minced meat and spread it in the pan.

As soon as the oil is hot (a characteristic, barely perceptible click is heard), we proceed to the frying procedure. We pick up a tablespoon of minced meat and very carefully put it on a hot frying pan. We adjust the thickness of the products according to our preferences.

Cook the patties on moderate heat until the bottom side is covered with a golden brown. Now we turn them on the other side and, having covered with a lid, we cook the same in time. As a result, one tab of cutlets is prepared for a total of eight to ten minutes.
