Take two hundred grams of ordinary wheat flour (this is about a quarter and a cup), eight tablespoons of oatmeal (best prepared, like Nordic), a bag of baking powder, a glass of milk, a pinch of salt, sugar to taste (two to five tablespoons), an egg, fifty grams of maple syrup (can be replaced with maple syrup, as well as liquid honey), a spoonful of olive oil, ground cinnamon and cloves, a large apple, cut into pieces. Turn on the oven in advance for warming. To cook muffins with apples, you must separately prepare a mixture of liquid ingredients and separately dry. Beat eggs before mixing with butter, milk and syrup (honey). Add crushed apples to the finished dough. From the specified number of products you should get about eleven molds. Bake for longer than twenty minutes. It turns out very soft and aromatic, slightly moist inside muffins with apples. In the future, you can adapt the recipe to your preference. For example, take a little less milk or another variety of oatmeal. By the way, the latter can be replaced with whole grain flour. A similar recipe is suitable for pear muffins, you just need to change it a little: for spices you need to take a mixture for gingerbread (or mulled wine powder), replace sugar with brown, add another egg and a quarter cup of olive oil. You can sprinkle these items on top with nuts with cinnamon or homemade granola.

Take ground cinnamon, one tablespoon of corn starch, six tablespoons of olive oil, four hundred grams of whole grain flour, baking powder, a glass of brown sugar, a pinch of salt, hazelnuts (75 grams), four apples. Top these products with a mixture of flour, oatmeal , brown sugar, cinnamon and olive oil. First, prepare a crispy sprinkle of the listed ingredients and leave it in the refrigerator until the dough is ready. Grind the toasted hazelnuts with a rolling pin, grate the apples, mix them with cinnamon, a spoonful of sugar and starch. Mix the rest of the sugar in another bowl with milk and olive oil. Add flour with baking powder in parts to the liquid mixture. And then add apples and nuts. Cook in tins for about thirty minutes. Muffins with herbal tea and honey are very tasty.
