Foods with a high acid content (for example, sauerkraut or pickled cucumbers) must not be stored in glazed dishes made of clay, or in damaged enamelled or galvanized dishes.

Meat poison
Canned food, smoked meats or mayonnaise may contain butolotoxin poison, resulting from the expiration of the product. Poisoning with this poison has very serious consequences, even death. To act in this case should be the same as for mushroom poisoning.
In general, in food products, especially those that are of animal origin (in eggs, meat, milk), many harmful, pathogenic bacteria called salmonella can be present. The poisoning caused by them can cause vomiting, severe diarrhea and acute abdominal pain. In this case, the patient needs to be given activated charcoal tablets, based on his weight, and to call an ambulance team. Therefore, you need to purchase meat and other animal products only from trusted suppliers and in stores equipped with refrigerators.
