Salad 'Royal'

For millennia, people developed gastronomic preferences, formed food habits. As a result, they found expression in recipes characteristic of a particular national cuisine. Different nations today have their own traditions in nutrition, their interesting and delicious dishes, including salads.

At the moment, there are many types of salads from meat, fish, with fruits and vegetables; there are salads served chilled, and there are those that eat hot.

You are free to choose products for salad, you can give free rein to your own imagination and use any favorite ingredients. However, do not forget that all of them should be well combined with each other.

Salad "Royal" is distinguished by its delicate and refined taste. It is very satisfying, wholesome (all ingredients are rich in vitamins and minerals) and quite simple to prepare. Such a dish will decorate any table.

There are several recipes for this salad. Consider the four most common ones.

Salad "Royal" recipe number 1:

We need one boiled potato, one can of canned tuna, one head of sweet purple onions, one boiled carrot, three hard -boiled eggs, mayonnaise, red caviar (as a decoration) and a couple of sprigs of parsley.

Eggs, carrots and potatoes must be boiled and cooled in advance. Next, you need to divide the eggs into yolks and squirrels. Grate all the ingredients on a coarse grater. Disassemble the tuna into small pieces. Chop onions into small pieces. In the salad bowl you need to lay out all the components in layers. The first layer is potatoes. The second is tuna. The third is onions. The fourth is carrots. Fifth - egg yolks. Next comes the mayonnaise, and then the egg whites. Salad can be decorated with salmon caviar and parsley leaves.

Salad "Royal" recipe number 2:

We need five hard-boiled eggs, two hundred grams of hard cheese and the same amount of light-salted red fish, about fifty grams of butter (to taste), olives, mayonnaise, a clove of garlic, greens.

This royal salad is also laid out in layers. The first layer consists of grated eggs, on top - mayonnaise with garlic. The second layer is grated cheese, lightly sprinkled with black pepper, top with mayonnaise and garlic. Red fish cut into strips is laid in the third layer. The fourth layer is grated ice cream butter. Finely chopped olives follow the butter. Ready salad can be decorated with parsley sprigs and dill paws.

Salad "Royal" recipe number 3:

We need three hundred grams of boiled shrimp, one pack of crab sticks, three medium-sized boiled squids, three tablespoons of salmon caviar, one hundred and fifty grams of cheese, a small clove of garlic and a little sauce or mayonnaise.

Boil shrimp and squid in salted water. Cut crab sticks and squid into small strips. Large shrimp cut in half, small are allowed whole. Grate the cheese. Garlic must be passed through a special press. Add caviar, mayonnaise. To mix everything. You can add salt if you wish.

Salad "Royal" recipe No. 4:

We will need the following products: potatoes - 250 grams, white chicken - 200 grams, pickled mushrooms - 150 grams, fresh cucumbers - 100 grams, eggs - 4 pieces, salt and pepper - to taste.

As ingredients for the sauce, you need to use three yolks, two teaspoons of sugar, 150 grams of sour cream, a little salt, red pepper, cloves and lemon juice.

Boil the potatoes, then cool, peel and cut into small pieces. Boil chicken and cut into slices. Rinse pickled mushrooms (preferably mushrooms), dry and cut into thin slices. Mix with potatoes and meat. Add chopped cucumbers. Boil eggs, peel and cut, and then add to the salad. Salt and pepper the dish.

Beat egg yolks with icing sugar for the sauce. Add the resulting mixture to chilled sour cream. Salt, pepper. Grind and add cloves to the sauce. Add lemon juice to taste. Beat the sauce.
