Vintage champagne is harvested by hand. From each grape plot, grape fruits are stored separately, due to which the drinks are endowed with a complex structure of taste and aroma.
Within five months after collection, the winemaker tastes the components of the drink, identifying future varieties. Further, fresh raw materials are blended (combined) with reserve wines, which are infused in barrels for 2-4 years.
