Beef liver is a meat offal, it is unique in its composition. By the content of iron and vitamin A, it is the richest product. People with a lack of iron are advised to consume beef liver. In addition, it contains very few fats and carbohydrates.
And you can cook beef liver very quickly and easily. But unfortunately, the liver is such a product that you can’t eat too much, since the cholesterol content in it is high, and this is very harmful for blood vessels.
Nevertheless, the best way to prepare the liver is cooking: boiled food does not contain cholesterol, and fried foods are generally contraindicated for many people.
The main question remains: "How to cook beef liver?" To make it soft, first remove a thin film from it and place it in a container with milk just about half an hour or an hour before cooking. Cook the liver in whole slices of 40-50 minutes, placing it in already boiling water. Onions and parsley are added to it, it is important not to digest. Stir and remove the resulting foam.

Carrot and liver salad
This is the easiest salad. For it you will need: medium carrots, beef liver - 400 g, green onions and onions - 1 small head, mayonnaise and vinegar - to taste. So, how to cook beef liver, we already know, cooked, cut it into strips. Grated carrots, preferably on a large grater. Cooked beef liver mixed with carrots. The onions were also cut into strips and poured with vinegar, allowed to infuse for 5 minutes and added to the salad. Pour everything with mayonnaise, interfere - and the salad is ready.
Liver "under a fur coat"
Ingredients for cooking:
- beef liver - 0.5 kg;
- potatoes - 2-3 pcs. medium size;
- hard cheese - 100-150 g;
- carrots - 3 small pieces;
- an egg - a pair of pieces;
- onions - 1 medium piece;
- salt, garlic, mayonnaise, pepper.

Then fry the onions in a frying pan and add to it the already chopped liver, pepper and salt. Grate carrots and potatoes on a fine grater, and cheese on a large grater and add garlic. Salt and coat each layer with mayonnaise.

And here’s another delicious recipe, it’s called “Delicious”. We need: beef liver, carrots and onions - half a kilogram, a can of green peas, 5 eggs, salt and mayonnaise.
First, cook the beef liver and boil the eggs. Naturally, separately. Cut the liver into cubes. How to cook beef liver - we know, but now it can be slightly boiled and fry in a pan. While the liver and eggs are boiled, three carrots and onions on a grater, fry in a pan, but not much, then add the liver there, fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, mix everything. Then add chopped eggs and peas, salt to taste and fill with mayonnaise, and our salad is ready.
