Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of green onions;
  • six chicken eggs;
  • two medium tomatoes;
  • two cucumbers;
  • one carrot;
  • one bright bell pepper;
  • vegetable oil, mustard and spices.

Cooking method:

  • a pound of meat. It can be pork or beef, or you can take a little of one and the other meat. Mixed minced meat is more juicy and tasty;
  • 100 grams of white bread;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • vegetable or ghee;
  • three eggs;
  • onion;
  • green onion;
  • spice.

Cooking method:

1. Start by making minced meat. Soak the bread for 15 minutes in milk (you can also in plain water), then squeeze. Rinse the meat, remove the veins and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion. Now twist all the ingredients through a meat grinder. To make zrazy especially tender, mincemeat can be twisted twice.

2. To prepare the filling, boil the eggs, then chop them finely. Rinse green onions, sort, dry and chop too. Put these two ingredients in a bowl, add some melted butter, salt and other spices there, mix.

3. Now, from the meat, form a cake in the form of a thick pancake, in the middle of which lay the onion and egg mass. Then give your cake the shape of a patty, fashioning it so that the filling remains in the center of the stuffing. Bread zrazy in breadcrumbs or flour - as you like.

4. Heat the pan, fry the zrazy on both sides until golden brown, then put them on a greased baking sheet and put in the oven to cook. Bake until cooked for about 20 minutes.

5. Pasta, potatoes, vegetables can be a side dish to zrazas. You can serve them with tomato or sour cream sauce.
