Ingredients: 4 medium-sized zucchini, 500 g minced meat (preferably beef), one head of onion, 2 garlic cloves, 100 g hard cheese, 3 tomatoes, parsley, salt, pepper.

Preparation: Zucchini wash, dry and cut into two halves. Remove the pulp and spread the halves on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 1800C. We make the filling: finely chop the garlic and onions, zucchini pulp into cubes. Stew minced meat, zucchini pulp, garlic and onions until cooked. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Stuffing mix with herbs and cheese. Halve the zucchini and fill with minced meat. We spread on a baking sheet, having previously put half a tomato on the minced meat . Ingredients: 2 zucchini, 1 egg, 300 ml of milk, flour, salt, sugar, soda.

Preparation: peel the zucchini and cut into rings with a thickness of 5-8 mm. Beat the egg, pour in the milk, add salt, sugar and 0.5 tsp of slaked vinegar to taste. Pour the flour to make the dough, like on pancakes. Zucchini lightly add salt and pepper.
