First, beat the eggs in a deep bowl with a whisk. We introduce kefir there (gradually), continuing to mix. Then add soda (slaked with vinegar). We introduce the flour in parts and each time the mixture is thoroughly mixed so that there are no lumps left. Put butter in the microwave , melt and add it to the dough. Mix. Our mixture should resemble the consistency of thick sour cream.

- 1 glass of water;
- 2.5 cups of the highest quality sifted flour;
- one teaspoon of sugar and salt;
- dry yeast - 1.5 tsp;
- any vegetable oil.
Step-by-step cooking instructions
To begin with, let's take yeast. Pour the required amount of product with 50 ml of warm water and add a pinch of sugar. Mix thoroughly until the lumps disappear. Set aside for 5-7 minutes for the desired reaction.
