Yeast cake with jam is easy and simple. But for it to really turn out to be very beautiful and tasty, you will have to try hard.
There are quite a few different ways of making yeast pie with jam on your own. We will present only a couple of them.

To prepare such baking, we need:
- fresh fat milk - 2 glasses;
- boiled warm water - 1 cup;
- white sugar - 2 large spoons;
- medium-sized egg - 1 pc.;
- high-quality margarine - 150 g;
- yeast in granules - an incomplete small spoon;
- fine salt - 1/3 spoon;
- light flour - from 500 g;
- strawberry jam without syrup - about 2 glasses.
Knead the dough
Jam pie with jam should begin to cook with a batch of dough. To do this, fresh milk needs to be combined with warm boiled water, and then add white sugar and yeast in granules to them. After dissolving both ingredients, pour a pinch of salt to them and break the chicken egg. Then, softened margarine and sifted flour (light) should be added to the same container. Having mixed all the products with your hands, you should get a uniform and soft dough that will stick a little to your hands.
To make the yeast cake with jam lush and soft, the prepared base should be covered with a lid and put in a warm, dark place for 75 minutes. During this period, the dough should rise several times. If necessary, you can โbeatโ it with your fist.
Preparing the filling
It is best to buy thick jam for yeast cake without a lot of syrup. We decided to use a strawberry treat. Remove all berries from it and set them aside, letting the syrup drain.

Yeast cake with jam is easy and simple to form. First, the risen dough must be divided into 2 parts (1/3 and 2/3). Then they should be rolled out using a rolling pin. Having placed most of the base in a greased baking sheet, it must be covered with jam filling. If desired, any fruit or apples can be added to such a pie. If you want to get sweet pastries, then it is better to limit yourself to just one jam.
After the strawberry filling takes its place, it should be covered with a smaller layer of dough. Having connected the edges of the base, it is recommended to beautifully weave the pigtail out of it. In this state, the semi-finished product is preferably left alone for half an hour.
Heat treatment
After exposure to heat, the cake should be sent to the oven. In this case, it is advisable to preheat the cabinet to a temperature of 197 degrees. Bake homemade dessert preferably about 65 minutes. During this period of time the cake should be well browned, become lush and soft.
Serving to the table
After baking a pie with jam, it should be removed from the pan and cool a little. Next, the dessert needs to be cut into pieces, put on a beautiful plate and served to the guests along with a cup of tea.
Cooking Apple Jam Pie
Yeast cake with apple jam is as easy as strawberry dessert, which was presented above. However, we decided to cook such a treat in an open form. But first things first.
To prepare the dough (yeast, lush), we need:
- fresh fat milk - 1 cup;
- boiled warm water - 2 glasses;
- white sugar - 2 large spoons;
- high-quality butter - 170 g;
- yeast in granules - an incomplete small spoon;
- fine salt - 1/3 spoon;
- light flour - from 500 g;
- apple jam - about 2 glasses;
- ground cinnamon - a dessert spoon.
Kneading basics
Before making a yeast open pie with jam, you should prepare the dough. To do this, you need to combine warm water (boiled) with milk, and then dissolve the yeast in granules and granulated sugar in them. 16 minutes after laying out the ingredients, they need to introduce melted butter (be sure to cool!) And a beaten egg. Also, add a pinch of salt and light flour to the base. Mixing the components for a long time, you should get a dough that is soft and slightly sticky to the palms. To get it, it is recommended to cover it and send it to a warm place for an hour and a half.
Preparing the filling
Due to the fact that this cake was decided to be cooked in the open, its filling may contain a small amount of syrup. For such a dessert, we decided to use apple jam. If desired, it can be mixed in advance with any jam.

An open pie with apple jam forms much easier than a closed one. To do this, roll the approached dough into a layer, and then gently move it onto a greased baking sheet. Having laid a small layer of the filling on the base surface, and sprinkled it with ground cinnamon, the edges of the dessert should be beautifully braided.
If you have free time, then this cake can be additionally decorated with a net of dough. But for this, a small piece should be tweaked from the base in advance.

Having formed a yeast cake, it should immediately be sent to the oven. It is recommended to bake such a homemade treat at a temperature of 197 degrees for 57 minutes. During this time, all the moisture from the filling will evaporate, making the cake beautiful and tasty.
