To prepare it, take half a pound of pork and beef pulp, pass them through a meat grinder, pour a glass of milk and set for 1 hour to marinate. 2 onions, cut and fill with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. When the meat is marinated, add onion, 50 g finely chopped smoked brisket, 2 tablespoons of flour, salt, 3 eggs (raw) and pepper to it.
Lubricate the baking dish and put half of the minced meat in it. On top, place 8 whole hard-boiled eggs and cover them with the second half of the mass. The cookie cutter should be placed on a baking sheet filled with water, and for 1 hour - in the oven. Before serving soufflé can be decorated with greens.
Steamed meat soufflé from chicken
This souffle is also considered dietary. To prepare one portion of 100 g of boiled chicken, scroll through the meat grinder 2 times. Then whisk it with 80 g of milk sauce, yolk and 15 g of butter. Last, add whipped protein, mix thoroughly and steam. Before use, pour melted butter.
Children's souffle
To prepare one serving of soufflé for the baby, you will need 50 g of lean meat. It can be chicken, rabbit, beef, turkey. We remove all fat from the meat, if any, peel, etc., boil. Soak 20 g of the pulp of an ordinary white roll in milk and, together with the meat, scroll through a meat grinder. ¼ We also scroll the small onions (this is optional, you can don’t put the onions at all) and add to the meat. We also add salt, 1 quail egg, and then with milk we dilute the mixture to the state of gruel. You need to cook the souffle steamed by putting it in an aluminum dish and putting the pan filled with hot water on the fire.
Fried meat souffle
Fry 500 g of minced meat (beef or pork and beef) in oil. Add salt, nutmeg and pepper, and chopped greens to it. Melt 100 g of butter, pour 2 tablespoons of flour to it, mix and cool, add 3 yolks. Mix the flour mixture with minced meat, then add 3 beaten squirrels there and put in the mold. Sprinkle with grated cheese (100 g). Bake for 20 minutes.
Meat souffle with vegetables
Souffle meat can also be prepared with the addition of vegetables. Boil 1.5 kg of beef and scroll through a meat grinder. Peel 300 g of potatoes and 100 g of beets, also scroll and mix with meat. All together we again scroll through the meat grinder. Salt and pour 300 g of milk. Bake on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.
Beat 3 eggs with 100 g of milk and pour the soufflé on it 10 minutes before the preparedness.
