In modern times, almost every club person knows a huge number of different cocktails containing alcohol. Depending on the ingredients used, they can be of different colors, tastes and smells. One of the wonderful, frightening in appearance and having a rather frightening name is the Brain Tumor cocktail. It would have been great as an alcoholic drink on Halloween, but today it can be found at almost every party. It really looks creepy if it is cooked correctly, but what else is needed for All Saints Day?
Although the Brain Tumor cocktail has a gloomy appearance, it is so tasty that it does not leave any lady indifferent, which is why it is popular among the female half of society. It is also interesting that in the fiftieth year of the last century, one American bartender, after the closure of the drinking establishment, mixed various alcoholic beverages and as a result received very tasty and strong alcohol, which is used to this day.
Undoubtedly, “Brain Tumor” is a rather complicated cocktail, and it is best prepared by a professional bartender. However, it is worth trying to do it yourself, but first you need to practice. Consider in detail how it is prepared.
Ingredients: thirty grams of martini, ten grams of grenadine and ten grams of Bailey's.
First of all, you need to pick up the dishes. Piles of sixty to eighty grams are well suited for this (large glasses are not good). It should be borne in mind that the first time the drink may not work.
Next, grenadine is poured onto the bottom of the pile. Then, carefully, so as not to mix, pour martini on the leg of the pile.
Then comes the fun part: the baileys is poured into the bottle cap, they gently dial it with a cocktail tube, pinching one end of it with a finger, and slowly introduce the contents at the intersection of the martini and grenadine layers. This operation is repeated three times, simulating the brain. But if it didn’t work out the first time, don’t be upset, you can try again.
Instead of martini, you can add vodka to the Brain Tumor shake. Let's look at one more recipe.
Ingredients: one part of Grenadine, two and a half parts of vodka, one and a half parts of Bailey's liquor and two and a half parts of vermouth.
Vermouth is poured into a sixty-gram stack, a few drops of syrup are added, while it must sink to the bottom of the stack so that a bloody color appears. Then add vodka with a teaspoon, which is previously lowered into the container, and then the liquor in the manner described above (it is most often added to taste).
It should be noted that syrup for cocktails is best taken on the basis of oranges or peaches. Drink a drink using a tube from the bottom. Although some people prefer to use it in small sips.
Thus, the Brain Tumor cocktail in modern times is one of the drinks that have a frightening appearance, but a great taste. It is very popular, especially among women, and is prepared for almost every party.
