Cut the pork into slices no more than a centimeter thick. We beat the meat and grease it well with mustard. We chop onions and tomatoes too.
Now we begin to prepare the sauce for dressing. Knead cheese in a container with a fork and mix sour cream. The mass should be thick enough. Thyme, marjoram, pepper and basil can be added to the sauce.

Veal must be cut and beaten. After meat, you can season with spices, add salt. Next, prepare the marinade. To do this, mix olive oil and lemon juice. Soy sauce must be added to the mass. Pour the meat with the marinade and leave it to insist. The longer the veal stays in the marinade, the better. You can even leave the meat all night. After we take the form and spread the veal in it with an even layer. Put the fried onions on top. It should be enough to completely cover the meat.
Cut the potatoes in any convenient way and fry in a pan. Grind the mushrooms and cook in a saucepan with spices. You can also add garlic.
We put onion and mushrooms on the veal, and sprinkle everything with cheese chips on top. On top we make a net with mayonnaise. Next, bake the dish for about 45 minutes.
Meat in a slow cooker
