If you want to play some dish at home that is usually cooked at fast food establishments, then nuggets are a great choice. Their recipe is so simple that you can cook them even with your children. But the benefit at home of cooked meat is undoubtedly much higher.
Chicken nuggets. Recipe with breadcrumbs and corn starch
Take a kilogram of chicken. You can also other meat, but it will be easier. And at McDonald's, the most popular chicken dish is just nuggets. Recipes with photos will help you reproduce the same taste at home with a frying pan and oven. In addition to meat, you will need spices - half a teaspoon of ground nutmeg, a few peas of black pepper, coarse sea salt, six tablespoons of corn starch and three eggs.

breading (crackers) and cooking oil. First, cut the fillet in portions - they should be the same size. Grind spices and salt in a coffee grinder into powder and add to starch. Beat eggs and add three tablespoons of water to the mixture. Pour the resulting lezon into a wide plate. Keeping chicken nuggets longer (recipes with photos sometimes depict over-fried meat, but it is not so tasty when dried) does not make sense. The breading in the starch provides a crisp. A short cooking time allows the meat to remain juicy. Put ready nuggets on napkins or paper towels so that excess fat is absorbed into the paper. Although, in principle, it will not be too much. It is good to serve ketchup or a special garlic sauce with such meat. To prepare the latter, you need to bake garlic with thyme and olive oil, grind into gruel and mix with
natural yogurt. The whole cooking process will take about forty minutes, which is not so much. Perhaps this will be the decisive argument for you to decide to try to prepare an analogue of fast food at home.
Nuggets. Oven recipe
This dish can be considered almost dietary. Since nuggets are not deep-fried, absorbing oil, but baked without fat. To such a dish, it is good to serve a light tomato salad with basil. First, marinate the fillet in natural yogurt (savory!) With salt and black pepper. You can keep meat in this marinade from one hour to a whole night. Prepare a breading from salted crackers, crushed into crumbs using a rolling pin, with the addition of one hundred grams of grated hard cheese. Roll the chicken breaded, spread on parchment and bake for twenty minutes.
