One of them is a delicious biscuit version of baking with kefir and jam.

  • a couple of glasses of flour;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • a teaspoon of soda;
  • two eggs.

Eggs are broken into a bowl, sugar is added. Stir the ingredients with a whisk to dissolve the sugar. Then add jam and kefir, stir again. You can use a mixer at this stage. Pour soda and sifted flour. The dough turns out liquid, but it should be so.

It is better to grease the baking dish with oil so that the finished kefir and jam cake does not stick.

Cook the cake for about forty minutes. Check it with a toothpick. The finished biscuit can be cooled, cut lengthwise and greased with a layer of jam, and then lay the cakes on top of each other.

Such a delicacy is distinguished by a delicate cream. To prepare the test you need to take:

  • a glass of sugar;
  • two eggs;
  • three glasses of flour;
  • a glass of kefir;
  • as much jam;
  • a tablespoon of vinegar quenched soda.

For cream use:

  • 400 grams of sour cream;
  • 150 grams of sugar;
  • some vanilla for flavor;
  • some chocolate chips to decorate the dessert (or nuts, cookies).

Such a cake is prepared very quickly. However, before serving, it is better to let it stand for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.

Eggs are driven into a bowl, sugar is added and whipped to form a lush mass. Kefir is poured and stirred. Add jam. You can take any, most importantly - without stones.

Add flour and quenched soda. The finished dough is poured into a mold, baked for about forty minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Cool down.

For cream, it is better to take thick sour cream. Beat it with sugar and vanilla. Ready cake is cut in half, smeared with cream, covered with a second layer of dough. Remember to brush the top and sides of the cake. Garnish with chocolate chips.
