First you need to prepare the tomatoes. It's great if you have mashed tomatoes, but for lack of such, you need to do the following. If you have a blender, you can easily turn tomatoes into mashed potatoes. If not, heat the water in a pan, rinse the tomatoes and dip in boiling water for a few minutes.

We do not need to boil the tomatoes until cooked - they should be scalded so that the skin can be easily removed. It takes about 5-7 minutes. Remove the tomatoes and let them cool slightly. Remove the skin. Cut them into several parts and wipe through a sieve. Seeds are better to remove.

If you used a blender, you should still pass the mashed potatoes through a sieve to get rid of excess lumps, unbroken skin and other things.

Set the prepared tomatoes aside and take onions. Onions must be peeled, cut into small cubes. Grind the garlic. To make soup you will need a pan with a thick bottom. Add a couple tablespoons of oil to it, heat it up. Put onion and garlic, chop chili, add a pinch of tarragon.

The next ingredient going to the pan is olives. You can send them whole or cut them into rings. It is proposed to divide the olives in half and add to fry in a pan. Add some pickle from olives.

When the onion becomes golden, you can add tomatoes. Put the mashed tomatoes and bring to a boil. Salt and pepper the ingredients. Dilute everything with boiling water to the desired consistency.

  • black pepper, salt.

For cooking, similar to the first recipe, you will need a pan with a thick bottom or a frying pan. Put the container on the fire, grease with olive oil and let warm.

In the meantime, peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Rinse the tomatoes, cut into slices.

In the last recipe, mashed tomatoes were laid out in the dish, but since this is cream soup, one of the cooking steps requires grinding all the ingredients in a blender. Therefore, there is no need to waste precious time on a separate processing of the product. However, if you have grated tomatoes, feel free to use them to make a delicious soup of tomatoes and shrimp. This does not affect either the taste or the consistency of a wonderful dish.

Do not press the garlic through the press, it is better to chop finely and send to the pan - during frying it will release the juice itself and give the soup an incredible flavor. Stir the ingredients periodically. When the tomatoes let the juice, the ingredients can be salted, pepper, add your favorite spices to your taste.
