However, not all so simple. Properly prepared sandwiches are very tasty, they can decorate a gala evening, and, moreover, serve as an excellent snack. And sandwiches with caviar are a real delicacy.

So, how to cook delicious sandwiches with caviar so that they are not ashamed to serve on the festive table? Of course, black caviar is especially appreciated, but it is not accessible to everyone. And the point here is not the shortage of goods, just not everyone decides to give a few hundred for a small jar. Red caviar is much more affordable. In extreme cases, you can use soy imitation of caviar.

Caviar Sandwich Recipes:

For sandwiches you will need a loaf, a jar of caviar and Β½ pack of butter. The loaf is cut into slices, 1 cm thick. and lubricated with a layer of oil about 2 mm thick. Caviar is laid out in a thin layer in 1 row of large eggs (about 3 mm). The main thing in such a sandwich to withstand the ratio of "oil - caviar." Oil should not be too small, and too much caviar, and vice versa. Otherwise, the products will interrupt, and not complement each other.

A loaf or white bread is cut and greased. A spoonful of caviar is spread on each slice, and a piece of hard cheese is placed on top. Sprinkle with red pepper on top and garnish with herbs.

For its preparation you will need a white loaf, mayonnaise, eggs, caviar, butter and greens.

Hard boiled eggs at the rate of 1 egg per 2 sandwiches. The yolk is separated from the protein, knead with a teaspoon of mayonnaise. The loaf is cut into slices and greased with a small amount of butter. Mayonnaise mixture is applied on top, and then caviar in an even layer, slightly departing from the edge. A sandwich is decorated with a thin slice of the remaining protein and a sprig of parsley.

Savory sandwiches with caviar and fish.

The basis for them is the same - a loaf or white bread, salmon caviar and butter. Alternatively, you can use ready-made tartlets. In addition, you will need: red onions, horseradish root or ready-made pasta, cucumber, lemon, light-salted salmon fillet, sour cream and pepper.

From bread cut circles of the same diameter. Then each circle is coated with oil on the sides. Finely chopped greens, sprinkle on a plate and roll a circle of bread and butter on it with the side portion until pieces of greens stick to it. Top smeared with a mixture of cottage cheese, sour cream and horseradish: 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream, rub horseradish and add to taste.
