Everyone knows that the liver is a very useful product for our body. That is why I would like to offer some delicious recipes for its preparation with gravy.

Liver with tomato paste gravy

Products for cooking:

  • liver - 0.6 kg;
  • onion - a couple of pieces;
  • paprika - 2 pieces;
  • green pepper - 2 pieces;
  • tomato paste - 1 tablespoon;
  • salt, pepper, parsley.

Finely chop the pepper and onion, then fry in oil. Then add the tomato paste and mix well. Cut the washed and dried liver into slices and place to vegetables. Fry everything a little over low heat and add a small amount of water, salt and pepper. Now cover and simmer until the liver is fully cooked. At the end, sprinkle finely chopped greens. Served liver with gravy with mashed potatoes or pasta. Enjoy your meal!

Liver with Apple Gravy

Product based on 4 servings:

  • chicken liver - 0.6 kg;
  • apple - 1 piece;
  • icing sugar - 2 tablespoons of st .;
  • white wine - 240 ml;
  • flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • butter - 1 tablespoon;
  • pepper, salt, spices.

For starters, you should start cooking gravy. To do this, wash the apple, cut it into small cubes. Then put it in a saucepan, add wine and boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer without a lid until the wine evaporates. Then add the powdered sugar and cook for 4 minutes. Now put the butter there and remove from heat. Wash the liver well, dry and roll in flour, then fry in oil for about 7 minutes. Add salt and pepper, then pour with apple sauce. Great dish ready!

Chicken Liver with Gravy

Ingredients for cooking:

  • chicken liver - 1.2 kg;
  • milk - 340 ml;
  • flour - 1 glass;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • tomato paste - 1 tablespoon;
  • carrots - 1 piece;
  • mayonnaise;
  • garlic - a couple of cloves;
  • greens, salt, vegetable oil.

First soak the liver in milk for a couple of hours. Then take out and cut into small pieces. Then roll in flour, then fry in vegetable oil for 18 minutes. Add chopped onion to the liver and fry for about 6 minutes. Then grate the carrots and add it to the liver with onions. Stew until carrots are cooked. Meanwhile, mix tomato paste with mayonnaise and dilute with a small amount of water. Then pour the prepared mixture into the liver. Next, mix a spoonful of flour with water and also add to the liver. Sprinkle everything with salt, pepper, chopped garlic, herbs. Stew for several minutes and remove from heat. Such a liver is best combined with gravy with buckwheat or mashed potatoes.

Veal liver with gravy

Products for cooking :

  • onion - 1 piece;
  • pepper, salt;
  • veal liver - 0.9 kg;
  • sour cream - 340 g.

To start, chop the onion finely and fry in oil. Then clean the liver, rinse and cut into pieces. Now place it in the onion and fry for 6 minutes. Then add sour cream, pepper, salt and a little water. Put out everything under the lid for 18 minutes. Quick and easy liver with gravy is ready!

Liver with potatoes

For cooking:

  • potatoes - up to 1 kg;
  • liver - 0.7 kg;
  • salt, sugar, pepper, coriander;
  • tomato juice - 1 cup;
  • onions, carrots - 1 each;
  • greens.

First peel, cut into slices and boil the potatoes until cooked. At the end, salt and add a little vegetable oil to taste. You can make mashed potatoes or leave slices, if desired.

Now wash the liver and cut into cubes. Cut the onion into half rings, and grate the carrots. Then fry the liver in vegetable oil. Add onions and then carrots. Add oil if necessary. Then pour tomato juice, add sugar, salt, coriander and pepper. When the liver is ready, the dish must be turned off and add finely chopped greens. Serve with boiled potatoes and fresh vegetable salad. It turns out the dish is very tasty, fragrant and nutritious. Enjoy your meal!
