In the initial version of the Interns scenario, it was not planned to bring the head physician of the hospital Anastasia Kisegach to the fore. The role was initially secondary, but the success that the series brought, and the workshop of the actors, did their job. The scriptwriters corrected the idea, and Anastasia Kisegach was among the main characters of the series. The actress who played the head physician is Svetlana Kamynina. She was chosen for the role among many other competitors. "Nastya Kisegach is me!" - the artist confidently declares. The same sharp, strict, but at the same time a woman with a sense of humor. According to Kamynina, only a confident Madame can cope with such tricks that her son and husband throw to her.

Svetlana passed her path to a career in cinema with serious difficulties.
