Soviet cinema gave the world a huge number of amazing masterpieces. Famous actors gave a special charm to these works . It is worth recalling “Seventeen Moments of Spring” or “Master of the Taiga”. It was in the last tape that the charming actress Lionella Skirda played. This is not her only bright role. But even more attractive is her biography.
Childhood, youth and theater
Lionella Skirda was born on the threshold of the outbreak of World War II - in March 1938, in 1938. The birthplace of the charming actress was the city of Moscow. Not having time to realize what is happening around the event, the girl plunged into military realities, and her childhood can hardly be called happy.
16 years after the end of the war, in 1961, Lionella Skirda graduated from an educational institution called the State Institute of Theater Arts . A.V. Lunacharsky. The next stage in the formation of the career of the actress was the stage of the drama theater named after K. S. Stanislavsky. In the same year, the artist made her debut in cinematography. She successfully starred in a small role in the musical film "Free Wind". The directors of this creation were Leonid Trauberg and Andrei Tutyshkin. After a successful debut, roles followed in the adventure film Shot in the Fog and the musical film Melodies of Dunaevsky.
Personal life and continued creativity
On the stage of the drama theater, Lionella Skirda worked for only three years - until 1964. We can say that, changing the place of her activity, she attracted luck. Shelter of her talent was the Studio Theater of the cinema. In the same year, the actress receives the first major role in the film "The Light of a Distant Star." The director of this work was the famous Ivan Pyryev. It was with this man that Lionella Skirda subsequently linked her fate briefly.
He was older than her more than twice - by 37 years. It is worth noting that the famous Soviet director was madly in love with a completely different actress - Lyudmila Marchenko. Because of this beauty, Pyryev divorced his wife. But Lyudmila did not reciprocate with the director. A nimble actress named Skirda took advantage of this. Lionella married the director in 1967. Now the artist proudly wore the famous surname Pyryev.
In the wedding year, Ivan embarked on his new project: he wanted to make a movie of Fyodor Dostoevsky’s novel The Brothers Karamazov. It is not surprising that the main female role was given to his wife Lionella. However, the director’s work was not completed: in the second month of the winter of 1968, Ivan Pyryev died. But the shooting of the tape was completed thanks to the coordinated work of M. Ulyanov and K. Lavrov.
After a while, Lionella Pyryeva goes down the aisle for the second time. Her chosen one is Oleg Strizhenov. In one of the interviews, the actress admitted that she was in love with this man from a young age. And her dream came true. She became Strizhenova. It is worth noting that in both the first and second marriage, Lionella was the third wife of each of the directors.
In 1969, one after another, the films with the participation of the actress appeared on the screens: “Dangerous Tours” and “The Master of the Taiga”. Then in her filmography there is a lull. During the period from 1970 to 1990, Lionella starred in only a few films: “The Last Victim”, “Not to be Announced,” “Free Wind” and “Mr. Veliky Novgorod”.
In 1990, Lionella Strizhenova was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the USSR.
