Here you have to bite where and with anything. Hence the problems with weight, health and well-being in general. But this is not a reason to be upset, at work you can and should eat healthy food, which will not only be tasty, but also as healthy as possible. The real salvation is the presence of a microwave oven in the office, but often there is no such luxury, which is why we will also consider options for โjammingโ that do not need any heat treatment. So, we will focus on preparing food for work. Where to begin?
