To do this, you will need 3 chicken eggs, a head of onion, one carrot, 200 grams of cabbage, 50 grams of pomegranate seeds and 70 grams of mayonnaise. Three ingredients with a grater, cut with a knife very finely or chopped in any other way. Next, lay out the products in layers. The first are grated egg, onion and mayonnaise. Next, put boiled carrots, cabbage and mayonnaise. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top.
Potato salad
This is another unusual recipe, characterized by its originality. And you will need 500 grams of potato to prepare a salad, a medium-sized red onion, half a glass of beef broth, a quarter cup of mustard, a third cup of wine vinegar, a quarter cup of olive oil, a bunch of fresh parsley and spices (salt and pepper).
Boil the potatoes in their uniforms, peel and cut into small pieces. Put it in a bowl and fill it with broth (hot). Stir and add onions, vinegar and mustard. Put spices to taste.
