- brown sugar - two tablespoons;

- lemon or lime juice - two tablespoons;
- soy sauce - 60 grams;
- green onions;

- After you need garlic, it needs to be peeled and finely chopped or squeezed through a press.
- Next, mix garlic, soy sauce, sugar, lime juice, wine, green onions and ginger in a plastic or glass container.
- After that, you need to take the black cod fillet and immerse it in the marinade so that it is completely covered by it from all sides. Next, the vessel must be covered with foil and refrigerated for about an hour and a half. During this period, the fish must be turned over twice.
- Next, you need to heat the oven to maximum.
- At the same time, you will need a large frying pan with non-stick coating. We must also heat it up over high heat. Then you need to pour vegetable oil. Fillet must be removed from the marinade and left to glass.
- The marinade should be set aside.
- Fillet must be fried over medium heat for no more than three minutes.
- Then a clean, non-stick coating is required. You need to put the fillet in it.
- Next, you need to put it in the oven for about five minutes.
- In the pan where you fried the fish, you need to pour the marinade and add sesame oil.
- It is necessary to cook this mixture without a lid over high heat until it acquires the consistency of a thick syrup.
- The fillet must be laid out on heated plates, pouring sauce from the pan.
- Serve with potatoes to be washed, peeled and boiled until cooked.
