Banana cookie

Ingredients. Three glasses of flour, one banana, one glass of sugar, soda, two tablespoons of honey.

Cooking. We clean the banana and use a fork or a blender to knead it, add honey and sugar, mix thoroughly. Put the dishes with the sweet banana mass in a water bath, stir constantly. When the sugar has completely dissolved, pour the soda, continue stirring. The mass should slightly increase in volume and turn white. After this happened, remove from heat. Pour flour into the mass and knead. Roll out the kneaded dough, it should turn out to be a half-centimeter thick layer, with the help of different figures we cut out the cookies.

We cover the baking sheet with greased paper, spread the cookies. If desired, grease with water and sugar. Bake for about 10 minutes. The baking temperature is 160-180 degrees. Such baking without eggs is sure to please the smallest sweet tooth.

Ingredients. Cream cheese Philadelphia or another such type (100 g), butter (100 g), half a glass of jam or thick jam, flour (1 glass), icing sugar.

Cooking. In a deep bowl, mix the butter and Philadelphia cheese, when the mass becomes homogeneous, we introduce the flour in small portions. Knead the dough, from which we form a ball, put it in the refrigerator for several hours (it is better to leave it overnight).

We roll out the cooled dough - the thickness of the layer is about half a centimeter, cut into small squares, in the middle of each we put a little jam (jam). We connect the opposite ends of the squares together. We spread the cookies on a baking sheet, which we place in the oven, bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven. The baking temperature is 180 degrees. Sprinkle the finished biscuits with powdered sugar.

Ingredients. Flour (3 cups), kefir (1 cup), half a teaspoon of salt, soda and baking powder, butter (175 g), sugar (0.5 cup).

Cooking. Pour sifted flour, soda, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Soften butter and stir with flour. When the mass will resemble a crumb, pour kefir and mix well. The resulting dough will be slightly liquid. We roll it into a ball and flatten it with our hands a little, with the help of a glass or a mug we cut out circles. We put them on a baking sheet and, if desired, grease with kefir and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 220 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Semolina cake

Ingredients. One glass of semolina, sugar, flour and kefir, 100 g butter, salt, citric acid, vanillin, soda. At the request of nuts, raisins or candied fruits.

Cooking. Pour kefir into a deep bowl, mix it with sugar and semolina. Leave this mixture for several hours to swell semolina. In a separate iron dish, melt the butter and lightly fry nuts and raisins in it. Leave to cool slightly, pour into the swollen semolina, mix thoroughly. Pour the sifted flour, soda, salt and a little citric acid. Knead the resulting mass well. We take a baking dish, coat it with oil and spread the dough there. Leave it for 10 minutes. Such a cake is baked from semolina for 40 minutes. The temperature is 180 degrees.
