In an effort to lose weight, ladies sometimes put themselves to serious trials, starving or eating an extremely meager set of products. Besides the fact that it is very difficult to maintain such a diet, it may well lead to digestive problems. It’s better to eat tasty, but low-calorie, using mainly vegetables. For example, onion pancakes will please both the eye and the stomach, which will be extremely cheap, will not take much time to prepare, and will not affect the size of the waist.
Curvy pancakes
They are prepared approximately like ordinary ones, only you need to make onion workpieces. Strong large onions are cleaned (4 pcs.), Washed and chopped. It all depends on your tastes: you can just chop it, if you like a little crunchy pieces, or you can bring it to a puree state with a blender - then the “dough” will be smooth and uniform. Four spoons of semolina are poured into it. If it seems liquid, the volume of cereals can be increased. Three eggs are pre-lightly beaten with a fork and added to the mass.
After kneading, the dough is set aside for half an hour, mixed again, salted and peppered. Onion pancakes are fried in the same way as usual: with a spoon, the dough is laid out on a heated frying pan with oil, after browning the cake is turned over. Tasty, satisfying, but not high-calorie!
Onions are not only onions
In spring, an organism that has missed vitamins, with great joy meets a variety of greens. We suggest frying onion pancakes, the basis for which will be onion feather. A third of a kilogram of this green is finely chopped (a food processor will be inappropriate here, so it’s better to work with a knife). Half a teaspoon of sugar is poured into the mass and a tablespoon of salt. Their number is approximate, subsequently it can be adjusted.
Next, mix everything and introduce three eggs. Once again, work with a spoon and pour in the flour. It is added little by little, with constant kneading, so that it becomes thick, like on ordinary pancakes. After final mixing, you can fry. Such cakes are very tasty with sour cream.
Pancakes with gravy
The “pancakes” themselves are prepared in the same way as described in the very first recipe. If desired, you can replace the semolina with flour - then the onion pancakes will acquire a denser structure, which is important when stewing in sauce. The cakes are fried until golden and set aside.
For gravy, the medium onion is finely chopped and a small carrot is rubbed. Roasting is made of them in a completely traditional way, tomato paste (4-5 large spoons) interferes with it, the sauce is salted and peppered at will and flavored with sugar to eliminate unnecessary acidity. A little green is chopped into the gravy - onion feathers and parsley. Then simmer the mass for five minutes. Then pancakes are placed in the sauce for ten minutes, the fire is screwed to the quietest - and you can set the table.
Onion fritters recipe without fermented foods
People avoid animal products, not only in order to preserve harmony, but also when fasting. In this case, the above cooking methods are not suitable, because the recipes contain eggs. For fasting, another way will come in handy. In a glass of warm water, two tablespoons of sugar and a spoonful of instant yeast (dry) are bred. They are left for a quarter of an hour right on the kitchen table until a fluffy froth is formed. Onions are grated or finely chopped. For spice, you can add a couple of garlic cloves to it. A glass of flour is sifted, a depression is made in the hill, into which yeast, onion, chopped parsley and three tablespoons of vegetable oil are introduced. The dough is kneaded until smooth and left under a towel until raised.
Onion pancakes are baked in the standard way. If you want to get denser cakes, increase the dose of flour, and if you want tender "pancakes", then introduce more onions.
On the basis of the proposed onion pancakes, you can come up with other lean recipes, for example, add onions with cabbage or carrots. And with other vegetables, experiments are allowed that will give excellent (and delicious!) Results.
