Ingredients that will be needed in the process of cooking fish sticks:
- 750 g fillet of pollock;
- 60 g of cheese (hard varieties);
- 2 eggs;
- spices as desired;
- 1 pack of breadcrumbs;
- vegetable oil.
Cooking steps
To cook fish fingers, you must:
- Finished fish fillet (pollock) cut into pieces. Excess moisture is removed with paper towels. Pieces should be oblong.
- Cheese must be finely grated.
- In a bowl, beat eggs with spices until smooth.
- Rusks pour into grated cheese for breading and mix thoroughly.
- Before frying, slices of pollock fillet need to be dipped in the egg mixture, and then bread with cheese.
- A baking sheet is greased with oil, pieces of fish are laid out on it in a breading.
- Bake in the oven at high temperature until golden brown.
- The approximate cooking time is about 25-30 minutes, and then look after the fact.

- peeled cod;
- spicy pepper sauce ;
- side dish for serving.
Products for the recipe:
- 1 kg cod fillet;
- 3 eggs for breading;
- flour;
- favorite spices;
- olive oil;
- breadcrumbs.
Stick preparation instructions
- Fish must be cleaned, remove bones. Cut the resulting cod fillet into pieces 2 cm long.
- Next, you will need 3 containers, in which individually pour flour, crackers and eggs. Beat the chicken eggs until smooth.
- The oblong pieces of cod must first be rolled in flour, then dipped in egg mass and finally sprinkled in breading.
- Future fish fingers should be refrigerated for 10-15 minutes. They will become more resilient and will not fall apart during frying.
- Heat the pan.
- Fry the fillet pieces on all sides in hot oil. Many are advised to use olive oil - supposedly it improves the taste of the dish.
- The fish will be ready when a juicy golden crust is formed. When cooking, sticks must be constantly turned over so that they do not burn.
- The finished fillet is laid out on paper napkins - they remove excess fat.
- For a softer consistency, you can additionally fry cod sticks in the microwave in the "Grill" mode.
Fish sticks in a multicooker
An excellent advantage of the multicooker is the ability to cook a full-fledged meal from a semi-finished product or fish. Sticks cooked in a slow cooker can be frozen for the future, while they will not lose their taste and aroma.
For fish sticks you will need:
- 400-600 g hake fillet;
- 2 eggs;
- 100-200 g of wheat bread;
- 70 ml of milk;
- salt pepper;
- breadcrumbs in the form of crackers;
- parsley dill.
- Pour milk into a deep bowl and add the flesh of white bread into it. Leave it to swell.
- Prepare minced meat from fish fillet (chopped with an hatchet or in a blender).
- Finely chop the greens and, together with the soaked bread and spices, knead in minced hake.
- Pour crackers into a separate bowl for breading.
- Stuffing is thoroughly kneaded, then divide it into small oblong pieces and roll in breadcrumbs.
- The resulting pieces must be refrigerated for half an hour.
- Oil is poured into the multicooker bowl, into which fish sticks are laid out from the refrigerator.
- Select the "Deep Fry" or "Fry in Oil" mode.
- Sticks are prepared for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
To decorate the finished dish, you can use greens and vegetables. Serve chilled, for example, with green peas and mashed potatoes or as a separate dish.
