Delicious white currants on our table

Then you need to make sugar syrup. For 700 ml of water, 300 grams of sugar is required. Add sugar to boiling water and stir. When completely dissolved, remove the pan from the heat. In a pre-sterilized jar, lay the currants and pour in hot syrup. Banks with a volume of one liter should be sterilized for twenty minutes, and half-liter - for fifteen minutes. We immediately close the jars with boiled lids, turn them over and leave to cool.

- berries - one and a half kilograms;

- sugar - 4.5 cups.

Jam from a berry such as white currant is brewed as follows. As for the compote, the fruits are thoroughly washed and left in a colander to make the glass water. Then, using a juicer, make juice. Cake can be put in a sieve. So the remaining juice drains. Pour it into a saucepan and add sugar. We put the resulting mixture on the stove and cook, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula. When the jam begins to boil, remove the foam from it and cook a little more. It turns out pretty beautiful and tasty food. Pour the finished jam into sterilized jars, cover with lids and put away for storage.

- cottage cheese - one hundred grams;

- flour - one and a half glasses;

- egg - 1 piece;

- ground almonds - 50 grams;

- butter - one hundred grams;

- salt - a pinch.

For filling:

- sugar - 3 tablespoons;

- yolks of three eggs;

- vanillin - 1 sachet;

- sour cream - two hundred grams;

- white currant - two hundred grams.

Knead the dough first, taking flour, almonds, butter, cottage cheese, an egg and a pinch of salt. Roll it, put it in a mold and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then prepare the filling: mix sugar, vanillin, sour cream, yolks. Stir thoroughly without whipping. We pour this mass onto the cake that was pulled out of the freezer, put currants on top and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. When you get the cake out of the oven, let it cool. Now you can eat!

It must be borne in mind that white currants are not suitable for everyone. This berry is contraindicated for people suffering from gastritis with high acidity, as well as peptic ulcer of the duodenum and stomach.
