Pour all this with mayonnaise and stir. In order for the salad to be soaked, it must be put in the refrigerator until the guests arrive.

The same salad with smoked chicken can be changed a little and get an unforgettable dish to your taste. The same fried champignons and smoked chicken are combined with grated hard cheese and pieces of canned pineapple. Season the salad with mayonnaise and in the refrigerator. Separately, I note that salads with smoked chicken, which are seasoned with mayonnaise, are best served cold, but warm smoked chicken with cheese and mushrooms is warm.

Wash one kilogram of champignons and cut into large pieces. About six hundred to seven hundred grams of smoked chicken is cut into pieces and put in a container where we will mix everything. Meanwhile, we put ten eggs to cook. While the eggs are boiled and the mushrooms are fried, we rub three hundred grams of hard cheese on a coarse grater. Now you can mix everything: cheese, chicken, Korean carrots, mushrooms and diced eggs. Salad should not be salted, since smoked chicken and cheese are brackish on their own.

Another salad with smoked chicken, but lighter, can be prepared without difficulty and quickly. For this salad you will need one can of canned corn, two fresh cucumbers, a dozen eggs, three hundred grams of cheese and, of course, smoked chicken. It is best to take smoked thighs - they have “red meat”, which chews much better and the salad will be tastier. The eggs need to be cut into small pieces, and the cucumbers should be slightly larger, otherwise they may “drain” and the salad will be watery. The cheese is rubbed on a coarse grater, and the chicken itself is cut into medium slices. Combine all together, season with mayonnaise, salt as needed.

If these salads get bored after a while, then for a change you can make a salad with smoked chicken and grapefruit. This salad is somewhat unusual; it has a favorable combination of fruits and meat. For salad we take three hundred grams of chicken meat from the hips, one and a half glasses of boiled rice, one grapefruit and half a glass of pine nuts. We cut the chicken into small pieces, we also cut the grapefruit. In the salad bowl, add chicken and grapefruit, nuts, boiled rice and season with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise evenly.
