Writing interesting and fascinating literature for children is a whole art. Vitali Bianchi possessed this unique talent. His work “Forest Houses” is still the best fairy tale about birds.
Fate to be a literary genius
The main task of children's works is to teach kindness, mercy and friendliness. About all these feelings can even tell a brief summary of the story of Bianchi "Forest houses". The work is filled with pure and bright emotions.
One of the best children's writers proved that literature for the youngest readers can be not only interesting, but also useful. In addition to the fact that the book teaches good and patriotism, his works provide children with reliable facts from ornithology - the science of birds.
Vitaliy Valentinovich Bianchi was born in 1894. His family was a noble family whose roots led to Switzerland and Germany. Subsequently, the ancestors moved to Russia. At first, their surname sounded like Weiss, which translated from German meant "white." Later, grandfather, an opera singer, before touring, changed it to the Italian analogue of Bianchi.
Life path and creativity
The father of the future writer worked as an ornithologist. Therefore, the boy from an early age grew up among science. The family lived in a branch of the museum, so the children often saw exhibits and knew all the animals as a keepsake. There were many different animals in the author’s apartment. It is not surprising that after many years everything that he saw in childhood turned into creativity. It can be noted that fairy tales are memories (usually a brief summary) of Bianchi. He saw the forest houses when he and his dad rode into the groves and watched the life of the birds.
Summer boy spent on the street. His father gave him a good habit of writing down everything he saw in a notebook. So the pages were filled with interesting facts, descriptions and even legends that the kid heard from local residents. Then Vitaly did not even realize that in a few years these notes would help to write books.
Political enemy
Later, the young man entered the university, in the natural science department. But the war prevented learning. Then he took the side of the Social Revolutionaries. Therefore, his whole life was pursued by the Soviet government. Often, the best writers of the time stood up for the talented writer, among whom was Maxim Gorky.
The first work that brought popularity to the writer was the story "The Journey of the Red-headed Sparrow." After that, in 1923, Vitaly Bianchi wrote “Forest Houses”. A summary of this and other works describes birds.
During his lifetime, the author was punished more than once by the prison for his political past. This pretty much undermined health. In 1954, at the age of 65, the writer passed away. His merit is a new, absolutely unique direction in literature. Vitaliy Valentinovich set himself the goal of not only cheering, but also teaching children.
The best work of genius
Even when in the last years of his life the writer’s legs and partially his hands were paralyzed, he did not stop creating. Dozens of young talents gathered at his house, who considered the master of the word to be their teacher. In general, his bibliography includes about 300 children's stories. In the works you can find an echo of the personality of the author himself, the "summary" of Bianchi. "Forest houses" is a fairy tale that many children and adults consider the best work of a genius.
The story begins with the fact that young shorewalkers spent time playing and having fun. Among them was one Swallow - flexible, fast and agile.
Once, a Falcon attacked a flock of birds. Each bird hid where it could. The main character also ran away from the enemy. She flew, without turning around, farther and farther. When it stopped, the danger had already passed. Then Beregovushka with horror realized that the place where the chase had led was unfamiliar. Swallow didn’t know the roads, but night was approaching. In desperation, the little bird burst into tears.
Meet the inhabitants of the forest
If the work is divided, it was a description of the first part. So the author paints a picture of the life of swallows, everyday life of babies, or rather their summary. Bianchi (Forest Houses) further introduces the reader to many winged creatures.
The first Shoreline is Zuek - a yellowish bird with black stripes on its neck. When a swallow asks a new friend how to get home, he can not help. But the bird invites the poor thing to her home. Beregovushka rejoices that she will not have to sleep on the street. But when he sees the house, he refuses to spend the night, because Zuek does not have a nest, but lives right on the sand among the stones.
Then a new friend sends the homeless to the pigeons. Her wicker meets her coolly, but allows her to spend the night with him. He shows the nest, but the baby did not like his house either. This winged one slept on some branches that were somehow thrown onto a tree. Beregovushka said she was not used to spending the night without walls, and he invited her to ask for the night to the Oriole, who lived on a birch.
Dangerous huts
Long searched for this winged bird. So I came across a hive, from where wasps rushed at her. Then he becomes acquainted with the golden bird with black wings, the main character of the work of Bianchi ("Forest houses"). The summary of their meeting was this: Swallow looked at the Oriole's house and was frightened. It was an airy, thin basket that could fall down from the wind.
It became terribly small, so the black-winged bird advised her to fly to Penochka, who lived right under the same birch.
The hut of this bird was better. There were walls, a roof, and warm feather bedding. The hostess put the guest to bed, when suddenly the earth shook. The owner of the house explained that it was a herd of horses. When asked whether the house could withstand their hooves, she replied that no. Again, it became scary small. And she flew to Chomga, where, according to Penochka, it would be convenient.
Way home
Chomga's nest was on the water and swayed by the waves. Swallow explained her situation, and the hostess allowed her to spend the night, if not afraid to swim in the water. The heroine was terrified, the wind constantly wears a nest, but does not moor to the shore, so Chomga told the baby that she should look for another house if she doesn’t like this.
Such had to experience the adventures of the heroine. Their summary is described here. Bianchi (the forest houses haven’t finished yet) sent his character to the forest. The baby flew until she saw very good housing. It was hollow in the tree. Most importantly, it seemed safe. Beregovushka knocked on the door with the hope that she would be let in for the night. But an evil Squirrel peeped out from there, who was not aware why this beast should accept a bird.
The swallow was frightened and rushed through the forest. It flew for a long time, until it was above its native river. She was delighted with the little one and darted into the hole in the cliff. Through a long corridor I got into my cozy room, where my mother was already waiting for her.
Bird gamut of feelings
The author treats all his heroes with special respect and love. It even shows a brief summary. "Forest houses" V. Bianchi - an ode to nature. Absolutely all characters have human feelings. They may experience fear, joy, and resentment. So, for example, it was with the main figure of the work - Swallow. The little bird was lost and did not know the way home. The day was drawing to a close, and she still could not find decent housing. It was not that Beregovushka was demanding and conceited. Just the baby was afraid to spend the night in a house that is so unlike her own little room. Therefore, leaving the nests, she inadvertently insulted their owners. Emotions are clearly conveyed through the summary of the story “Forest Houses” by Bianchi V.
Most struck by the whim of the Swallow Oriole. But despite the fact that this bird was upset, still a new acquaintance recommended the chick to turn to Penochka, who showed great friendliness and even took Beregovushka to a floating island.
Instead of science - a fairy tale
But not all birds were so kind. So, for example, the Dove and Zuek were more indifferent in comparison with other characters. And Chomga and Squirrel even hostilely reacted to the homeless Swallow.
This story is especially interesting in that each animal lives in its own world. Everyone’s habits and traditions are different, so everyone builds nests according to his own system. That which is ideal for one does not like the other at all.
With this tale, it is very easy to study the zoological world. The child perceives information easier. And most importantly, it refers to facts not as a boring science, but as entertainment.
If you have already read the work, you can only see the summary of Bianchi’s fairy tale “Forest Houses”. The author talks about various birds. For several decades, this story has been on the list of best works for children.
