However, whatever your baking is: on a thin crust or on a thick base, yeast or puff, with meat products or vegetables, sauce is not the last in taste, otherwise called pizza sauce.

Red sauce
Widely used red, tomato-based. This pizza fill is considered an ageless classic. Instead of real tomatoes, you can use ketchup or tomato paste along with additional ingredients. This includes olive oil, spices, and various herbs that add flavor.
Pink fill
It consists of red and white sauces, about one to one. A good option for connoisseurs of delicate taste with tomato sourness. It usually includes tomato sauce, mayonnaise, cream and cheese.

White sauce

- sour cream of high fat content - 100 grams;
- hard or semi-hard cheese - 100 grams;
- mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons with top;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- basil - a bunch;
- salt to taste;
- pepper - optional.
Peel the garlic and push it through a press into a bowl. We spread sour cream and mayonnaise here. Mix the composition. Grind the washed basil. We wipe the cheese through a grater of any fraction. Product Composition:
- mayonnaise - 200 grams;
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
- garlic - 3-5 cloves;
- lemon juice - 15 milliliters;
- suitable greens: dill, basil, parsley.
Mix everything and fill the top of the pizza with the composition. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top, a few minutes until cooked.
Cheese and mayonnaise

- butter - 30 grams;
- mayonnaise - 100 g;
- boiled water - 100 milliliters;

- cheese - 80-120 grams;
- garlic - 1-5 cloves;

- spices and herbs to taste.
To prepare cheese and mayonnaise filling, you need to darken the flour in oil. Beware of lumps. When the flour is swept and mixed with butter, add mayonnaise mixed with water. Boil the sauce in a saucepan, salting it to taste and adding spices. Grate the cheese and pour into the fill.
Mushroom fill

- low-fat mayonnaise - half a glass;
- fresh champignons - 135 grams;
- half of the bulb;
- two cloves of garlic;
- egg - 1 piece;
- lean oil without aroma.
To prepare the mushroom fill, fry the washed mushrooms on a small fire, cutting them into slices. Add chopped onions to them and cook until the onion has a bright golden hue. Salt and pepper the mushroom mass. Pour the mayonnaise into the dishes and simmer over low heat for about three minutes, under the lid. When the time comes to cover the surface of pizza with topping with mushroom sauce, stir in a raw egg and pour the product before sending it to the oven.
Garlic
This egg pizza dish will appeal to those who love garlic and spices.
What does it consist of:
- garlic - 5 large cloves;
- vegetable oil, unflavored - 100 ml;
- salt, seasoning spices suitable for pizza - according to personal preference;
- eggs - 2 pieces.
Beat the eggs by adding salt and spices to the mixture. We send here the garlic squeezed through a special press. Add the entire oil rate and mix the emulsion very well. The use of cheese is not required, but you can sprinkle them with pizza before pouring or on top, directly on the sauce, if desired.
Egg mayonnaise
Very thick and incredibly delicate is obtained fill.
This is what it consists of:
- mayonnaise - 1 cup;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- cheese (semi-hard or hard) - 300 grams;
- garlic - to taste;
- pepper, seasonings - optional.
