  1. Remove the husks from onions and garlic. Grind them with a sharp knife.

  • two medium onions;
  • 500 ml of water;
  • 100 g olives (seedless);
  • 1 kg chicken carcass;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;

  • 200 g of champignons;
  • hops-suneli;
  • one bell pepper;
  • spice;
  • some vegetable oil.

Practical part

  1. We spread everything on the table from which the chicken will be cooked in Italian. Let's start with the main ingredient - with meat. We wash the chicken carcass with tap water. Cut it into pieces. The peel can be removed. Although this is optional.
