To prepare a fish dish you will need:

  • medium-sized crucian carp;
  • olive oil;
  • 1 egg
  • mayonnaise;
  • several sprigs of rosemary;
  • salt.

Baked crucian in mayonnaise is an unusual dish. But you should take into account the fact that the river fish has a specific smell of mud. Therefore, it is thoroughly cleaned and washed. Ready carcasses are salted and covered on all sides with olive oil. Baked crucians in the oven will be soft if they are well soaked with it. To do this, they are kept in oil for 30 minutes.   • 3 medium-sized carp;
  • 4 potatoes;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • a glass of sour cream;
  • 50 grams of butter;
  • sweet pepper;
  • fresh greens of dill;
  • spices;
  • salt.

Cooking begins with the cutting of carp. The gutted fish is cleaned and the fins, head and tail are removed. Particularly carefully processed the inside of the carcasses.
