How to cook hot rolls?

Everyone has ever heard such an expression as hot rolls, or, as they are called differently, tempura rolls. This article describes how to cook them at home step by step. It is worth trying several times to make them at home, and they will turn out no worse than restaurant ones.

First, we evenly distribute pre-cooked rice intended for sushi on half a sheet of nori. In the second half we cover the rice laid out by us. The filling you prefer, in our case this is salmon and cucumber, is laid out on half of the sheet with which we covered the cooked cereal. Next, fold the bamboo mat and form a roll.

Then we breed batter, using tempura flour in cold water for this. Before frying the rolls, they must first be dipped in flour, and only then in batter. Fry the roll until golden brown, using cast iron or a deep fat fryer. It is necessary to periodically turn it over throughout the frying.

The fried roll must be blotted with a napkin so that excess fat is absorbed into it. Cut into pieces and serve it with wasabi, soy sauce and ginger. Hot rolls with salmon and cucumber are ready! Enjoy your meal!

Then finely chop the avocado, shrimp, and mix them with spicy sauce, then spread on top of each roll. We cover the filling with a teaspoon of sauce and for a few minutes we put the rolls in the oven or in the microwave on the β€œgrill” mode until a crust forms, it should turn out to be very tender and melting in the mouth.
