Baked potato in foil

Perhaps the most popular and common product with us is potatoes, from which a large number of various dishes are prepared. Potatoes can be fried, boiled, baked, added to soups and salads ... Therefore, I would like to introduce several methods for preparing this vegetable in foil, as well as in a slow cooker.

Baked potato in foil

Products for cooking (based on 3 servings):

  • potatoes - 6 pieces;
  • lard - 12 pieces;
  • cheese - 210 g;
  • mayonnaise;
  • dill;
  • garlic - a pair of cloves;
  • salt.

Initially, you need to peel the potatoes and cut them into halves, and then place slices of bacon between the halves and add a little salt. Dill finely chop and combine with mayonnaise. We squeeze garlic here and mix everything. Then put the potatoes on the foil and grease with mayonnaise, and then wrap. Put in the oven for half an hour at 190 degrees. Then we take out and carefully remove the foil, and put each potato on a plate. Served hot!

Baked potato in a foil with sausage

For cooking:

  • onion - a couple of pieces;
  • potatoes - 1.2 kg;
  • sausage - 350 g;
  • lard - 170 g;
  • salt.

Potatoes should be used approximately the same size. Clean and wash, then cut along, without cutting to the end. Salt the potatoes well. Cut the sausage and lard into slices. Now put a couple of slices of bacon and sausage inside the potato. Onion cut into half rings or rings. Then take the foil and place on it a couple of potatoes with sausage and lard inside. Lay onion rings on top of them and wrap tightly in foil so that there are no holes. This is necessary so that the juice does not leak and the potatoes are not dry. Put everything in the oven for an hour at a temperature of 195 degrees. Enjoy your meal!

Baked potato in foil with bacon

For cooking:

  • potatoes - 600 g;
  • lard - 450 g;
  • dill greens;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt pepper.

Potatoes need to be peeled, washed and cut into halves. Cut fat into thin slices. Then between the halves of the potatoes put the lard and a little salt and pepper. Dill should be finely chopped and combined with mayonnaise. Grease each potato with mayonnaise and herbs. Now we take the foil and put the potatoes on it, then carefully wrap it. Bake for about 43 minutes at 170 degrees. After the specified time, remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle with herbs. Baked potatoes in foil are juicy and satisfying.

Baked Potato with Cheese

Ingredients for cooking:

  • cheese - 160 g;
  • potatoes - 3 pieces;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • milk - 1 30 ml;
  • butter - 3 tablespoons of st .;
  • salt pepper;
  • garlic - a couple of wedges.

The potato should be washed and peeled, then cut into circles. Grate the cheese. Put the potato slices on a separate plate and sprinkle with pepper, salt, beat the egg, sprinkle with cheese and mix well. This is necessary so that during baking the potatoes are covered with a delicious cheese crust. Now peel the garlic, then chop it with a knife or garlic and put it on the bottom of the pan, where the potatoes will be baked. Then put the mixture of potatoes with cheese and egg. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and place a few pieces of butter. Now put everything in a preheated oven to 195 degrees and bake for 34 minutes. The potato is very tasty and fragrant thanks to the cheese crust and garlic.

Baked potatoes in a slow cooker

List of ingredients (based on 4 servings):

  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • potatoes - 7-8 pieces;
  • salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • pepper, salt;
  • Provencal herbs (you can take any other seasoning) - 1 teaspoon;
  • dry garlic - 1/2 tsp;
  • cheese - 60 g.

It should be noted that this recipe will take you no more than one hour.

Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Then mix it in a multicooker container with vegetable oil, pepper, salt, seasonings, dry garlic. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese on top and place in the crockery for an hour. Cook in the "Baking" mode. At the same time, every 20 minutes during cooking, the potatoes should be turned over.
