Cooking process
Divide the rabbit meat and cut into slices - cubes. Peel the potatoes and crumble them in large enough cubes so that it does not boil. Carrots should also be peeled, grated. We wash the onions, peel, and then finely chop. A slow cooker, namely its bowl, is lubricated with vegetable oil. Then lay the rabbit meat, onions, carrots and potatoes in layers. We fill the contents with salt and pepper, and also, if desired, use any other spices, for example, basil, dill, cilantro. Pour sour cream all over, before slightly diluting it with water so that it was not so thick.
