The medicine "Ambene" (injections) is a highly effective combination agent. The mechanism of action of the drug is due to its components. A set of solutions for injection includes solution A, which includes dexamethasone, lidocaine, phenylbutazone, sodium salicylamide-o-acetate; solution B, which contains cyanocobalamin, lidocaine. The drug is contained in two-chamber syringes equipped with a disposable needle.
Medication "Ambene", the composition of which includes these components, has an antipyretic, uricosuric, analgesic and anti-inflammatory property.
Dexamethasone is a glucocorticoid. This component has anti-inflammatory activity of a sufficiently pronounced nature.
Sodium salicylamide-o-acetate not only promotes better solubility of the drug, but also has an analgesic effect.
Phenylbutazone is a pyrazolone derivative. The component has an antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.
Participating in nucleic acid synthesis, cyanocabalamin activates lipid metabolism. Thus, the component takes part in regenerative cellular processes and the formation of the myelin layer in nerve fibers. Due to its high concentration, in the preparation "Ambene" cyanocabalamine enhances the analgesic effect.
Due to the content of lidocaine, the injection is painless.
All active ingredients enhance each other's action. This, in turn, reduces the dosage of dexamethasone.
The drug "Ambene" (instructions indicate this) remains active for a long period (up to thirty-six months) due to the separation of solutions B and A.
