You can add dill or anise to this collection.

One of the most common is the following recipe: mix 50 grams of motherwort herb, the same amount of valerian root and lemon balm grass. The resulting mass must be poured with one glass of boiling water and left to infuse for twenty minutes, then strain. It is recommended to consume such a drink one teaspoon before eating three times a day.

Tea, calming the nervous system, can be prepared in this way: in a mixture of green tea, hop cones and motherwort herb (all ingredients 1 teaspoon each), add a little honey and pour about 200 ml of boiling water. Cool and strain the resulting mass, use half a glass three times a day.

For children, the following recipe is used: mix 50 grams of pharmacy chamomile and the same amount of oregano and lemon balm. The resulting mass must be filled with a glass of boiling water and left for fifteen minutes, then strain through cheesecloth. You can give this tea to a child several teaspoons (from one to three, depending on age) three times a day with meals.

Another way to prepare a soothing drink for the smallest is to mix a tablespoon of fennel fruits, peppermint (leaves) and chamomile flowers. Then pour 50 milliliters of boiling water and hold in a water bath for at least twenty minutes. The resulting mass must be filtered and given a teaspoon twice a day or immediately before bedtime.

All fees of plant origin have a fairly strong effect on the human nervous system. That is why it is so important not to exceed the recommended dosages and take into account the possible individual intolerance of one of the components. Soothing teas are recommended for no more than three weeks. It is also allowed a single use of such a natural product if necessary.
