The presence in the refrigerator of a limited set of products, combined with the imagination of the hostess, can bring an unexpected and pleasant result. The recipe "meat in French" just belongs to this category of dishes. Indeed, for its preparation, you can use meat of any kind, whether it is pork, or beef. And if you have at your disposal chicken breast, it does not matter! And with the last layer, apply mayonnaise (or, as an option, sour cream): do not pour too much mayonnaise, otherwise the meat will be too fat. Make a thin net of mayonnaise, the dish will be all early beautiful, browned, but the meat will not float in fat.
Bake meat for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 190-200 degrees. When a beautiful golden crust of molten cheese appears on top, the dish can be served by slicing into portions.
Royal meat, the recipe of which is characterized in that instead of beef (it is beef that is traditionally used for cooking French meat), the dish is prepared only from pork, prepared from the same ingredients. This dish goes well with boiled potatoes, vegetable salad, boiled rice.
