Bake chicken in an egg:
- First you need to rinse the meat under running water, dry it with a paper towel and grate with some spices.
- Cut the chicken into several portions.
- We shift the pieces of meat into a deep bowl, add a pinch of salt and pour one beaten egg.
- Remove the container to the side for 20 minutes.
- We take a baking dish, grease it with vegetable oil and distribute the chicken fillet over its entire area.
- In a separate glass, beat the egg until a high white foam is formed.
- Gently pour the mixture into the mold.
- Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle our dish on it.
- We cover the mold with foil and fasten the edges well so that during cooking the steam and air do not come out.

Ingredients:
- premium wheat flour - 200 g;
