The most common cooking methods are boiling or frying, but you can’t even imagine that you can cook from dumplings so interesting, unusual and very tasty to please the whole family with a new dish.
Soups with dumplings
An interesting way for those who like boiled dumplings is soup of them. Rich, aromatic, nourishing, it is prepared very quickly and everyone will like it. The original soup will surprise your household. We have prepared for you several unusual options that are prepared quickly and taste very unusual due to the aromatic broth.
Soup with dumplings and potatoes
A simple and inexpensive way to cook dinner is soup with dumplings and vegetables. To prepare it you will need:
- Dumplings - 100 g;
- Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.;
- Carrots - 1 pc;
- Bulb - 1, small.
Peel the carrots and onions. Dice the onion and the carrot into strips. Fill a half-liter pan with water exactly to half, bring to a boil and salt water to taste, boil the dumplings in it until half cooked. Put them in a separate bowl. While the dumplings are boiling, grease the pan with vegetable oil and fry the onions over low heat, add the carrots to it. Stir the vegetables over low heat, stirring frequently. Ready vegetables, send to the pan to the dumplings broth.
Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into large strips and add to the soup. Cook the broth over medium heat until the potatoes are ready, it will take about 15 minutes. Put half-boiled dumplings in a saucepan, add your favorite spices and herbs, boil for another three minutes.

Dumplings, spinach and tomato soup

Put dumplings (250 g) to cook, as in the previous recipe. When they are almost ready, a few minutes before the water boils, remove them and set them aside.
Put tomatoes (450 g) in a pan, salt and season with spices to taste. Squeeze the tomatoes slightly with a spatula so that they let the juice and stew. Send them to the dumplings broth.
Peel half of the medium onion and two cloves of garlic, chop them and fry them for 5 minutes in a hot frying pan greased with oil. Add a little oregano at the end of the frying; in a minute you can send it to the broth.
Put the broth on the fire. When it boils, put the dumplings, add chopped spinach. If necessary, salt and add your favorite spices, herbs.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh herbs before serving. Incredibly delicious soup!

- A pair of spoons of sour cream, vegetable oil and spices.
Rinse all vegetables thoroughly. Peel the eggplant before cooking and soak to get rid of bitterness. Cut the tomatoes into small strips. Pepper clear of seeds, cut the same way. Grind the eggplant. Put them in a deep stewing pan and cook for 6-8 minutes. Then add 1/3 cup of water and continue to simmer further for 10 minutes. Add vegetables, spices and simmer another 5 minutes.
Separate the cabbage and boil separately in slightly salted water. In a separate frying pan, greased, fry the dumplings on both sides until golden brown. Arrange the dumplings in portions, along with cabbage and stewed vegetables, season with sour cream.

Cook the dumplings until half cooked. Put in a colander and let the liquid drain. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Boil the mushrooms, also put in a colander to water glass. Do not pour mushroom broth, it is still useful to us.
Heat the pan and melt two tablespoons of butter on it. In it, fry the onion until it softens, lay out the mushrooms and fry until golden brown. Flavor them well with aromatic spices.
Mushroom broth (about a glass) mix with sour cream. Grate the cheese, mix 2/3 of it with the sauce. Arrange the dumplings in pots, put a piece of butter and mix well. Put mushrooms on top, fill with sour cream gravy. Cover and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes (preheated well). Open the lids a few minutes before being ready. The sauce should be baked on top. Sprinkle the dish with the remaining cheese.
When the cheese is melted, take out the pots and serve.
