"Incorruptible" (TV series): reviews, plot, actors and roles

In September 2015, the premiere of the film “Incorruptible” took place on the TV channel “Russia-1”. The series received quite mixed reviews from the audience: one half of the audience was impatiently waiting for each new series, and the second could not force itself to watch even the first few episodes. So, who starred in the new detective film, commissioned by "Russia-1", and what exactly might not please the viewer when watching the picture?

Filmmakers and Short Story

The directors of the detective serial film “Incorruptible” were made by Alexander Daruga and Marat Kim. The first specializes in the production of military fighters: in his creative box, paintings such as "Death to Spies", "Three Days of Lieutenant Kravtsov", "Kochubey Squad". Of the works of Marat Kim, the series “Born by a Star” with Marina Alexandrova in the title role and the detective “Women on the Edge”, in which Alexandra Savelyeva, Marina Shalaeva and Galina Polskikh, are especially popular.

The script for “Incorruptible” was written by Dmitry and Olga Stepnov.

Based on the name of the series, it is easy to guess that the film will be about an incorruptible policeman: in this case, about an investigator for particularly important cases, Yuri Gradov, performed by Vladimir Epifantsev. Yuri Gradov gives all his strength to expose corruption and bribery in the highest echelons of power. But his task is complicated by the fact that the film takes place in the Soviet Union, and in the USSR, as you know, there was no official corruption.

V. Epifantsev: incorruptible investigator Gradov

This is not the first time that Vladimir Epifantsev has to play the principal representative of law enforcement agencies. The actor began acting in films in 1999, and since then in his piggy bank the roles of officers, investigators and detectives are mainly listed, occasionally giving way to images of notorious bandits.

For the first time, the main role went to Vladimir in the movie "Attempt", where Albert Filozov and Alexander Dedyushko became his partners on the set. Then the actor embodied on the screens the image of the hired killer Filin. But very soon he “retrained” as a good guy, playing the main character in the comedy “Oh, frost, frost.” Then there was the role of a special agent in the TV series “Invincible”, a killer in the film “Gangs” and a policeman in the films “Dog Work,” “Fight”, “Fierce” and “Own Alien”. And always the characters of Epifantsev are principled, bold and go to the end in order to achieve their goal. The hero of the detective painting “Incorruptible” appears to the same audience.

The series of reviews, as already mentioned, received mixed reviews, nevertheless managed to add popularity to the already well-known actor: for 2016, six film premieres with Epifantsev’s participation are planned at once.

Marina Konyashkina as Gradov's wife

The role of the wife and loyal friend of the incorruptible investigator Gradov was played by actress Marina Konyashkina.

Marina is a native of Belarus. She graduated from the Schukin School in 2007, and began acting in films two years earlier. By the way, the actress was immediately entrusted with the main role: she played Nadia in the military film “Deep Current”.

In 2008, Konyashkina again appeared in the detective "Protection of Krasin-2." Then there was the role of Margot in the comedy “Chamomile, Cactus, Daisy”, the paramedic in the melodrama “Alexander”, Natalia in the film “Everything for You” and Svetlana in the criminal film Igor We Kholodkov “We declare war on you”.

Also, the actress can be seen in the ironic detective "Amazon", which went on the STS channel, in the melodrama "Swallow's Nest" with Tatyana Arntgolts and the series "Method Lavrova" with Svetlana Khodchenkova.

I. Rozanov as Mother-in-Law Gradov

Irina Rozanova is a long recognized star of Soviet and Russian cinema. In 1986, she began her career with the role of Natasha Sokolova in the family film "Scarlet Stone". Then the actress appeared in the films “The End of Operation Resident”, “The Life of Klim Samghin”, “Bindyuzhnik and the King”. But the most famous works of Rozanova in the late 90s are roles in the films “For the beautiful ladies!” with Alexander Pankratov-Cherny and Interdevochka with Elena Yakovleva.

Irina Rozanova
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the actress continued to act actively, but not all films with her participation can be called good. Attention worthy of the picture "Anchor, another anchor!" Pyotr Todorovsky, “Petersburg Secrets” by Mark Orlov and “Children of Monday” by Alla Surikova.

Recently, Rozanova has been constantly appearing in television series, but she has a rather strict approach to project selection: Irina Yurievna can be seen in the films Furtseva, Ashes, Peter the Great. Will". She also starred in several parts of Kamenskaya.

Other role performers

Ivan Matskevich, known to the viewer for the films “Daughter for Father” and “Stuntman”, played in the series “Incorruptible” of the heroine’s husband Irina Rozanova. And Vladimir Yumatov appeared on the screen in the image of the head of the investigation department - Pyotr Vasilievich Anisimov. Yumatova can also be seen in the TV series Montecristo and Escape.

Another serial artist became a member of the Incorruptible cast. We are talking about Jeanne Apple, who played the role of the wife of Anisimov. Zhanna is known to the viewer primarily as Yulechka from the serial film "Women of Balzac Age, or All Men of Their Own".

In addition, in the film “Incorruptible” you can see Maria Kozlova (“Witchcraft Love”), Mikhail Tarabukin (“Echelon”) and Andrey Noskov (“Who is the boss in the house”).

“Incorruptible” (TV series): reviews

On the Kino-teatr website, the movie “Incorruptible” has only four out of ten stars (according to the results of the vote, in which 114 people took part), and on the Kinopoisk resource - six out of ten stars. Already by these parameters, it becomes clear that “Incorruptible” is a series that received quite contradictory reviews.

Vladimir Yumatov
What might a potential viewer not like if he dares to watch this film? The series received comments that the plot of the film is more like a documentary chronicle than a fascinating detective story. The action is developing sluggishly, not enough dynamics. In addition, not everyone likes the game of Vladimir Epifantsev, because the artist is famous for his minimal set of gestures, emotions and facial expressions.

But if you have nothing against the personality of Vladimir Epifantsev, and do not mind watching a measured, unhurried movie, then it may well be that the series “Incorruptible” was shot just for you.
