The classic salad recipe "Herring under a fur coat." To prepare it, you need: slightly salted herring - two pieces, boiled potatoes - four to five medium potatoes, three boiled eggs, boiled beets - one piece, boiled carrots - two pieces, one medium-sized onion, mayonnaise. Cut boiled potatoes into a small cube or grate. The protein of hard -boiled eggs is rubbed on a coarse grater. Separate herring from bones, cut into small cubes. Boiled beets and carrots are cut into small cubes or grated. Cut the onion into a small cube and pour hot boiled water for several minutes - while the onion will lose excess bitterness, but retain a pleasant crunch. This salad belongs to the class of puff. Layering the listed products in layers in the following sequence, smearing each layer with mayonnaise. We put half the whole potato with the first layer, a layer of chopped herring on it, then a layer of half carrots, grated proteins on it, then a layer of half grated beets. Do not forget to lay out the products in layers and smear each layer with mayonnaise in sufficient quantities. The first layer is potatoes. We put the herring on the potatoes, lay on it a layer of scalded onions, then a layer of cream cheese (you do not need to coat it with mayonnaise on top) on it is a layer of apples.
