The drug "Cameton" is a yellowish-white emulsion with a characteristic odor. When sprayed, it turns into a stream dispersed (sprayed) in air, which is a stream of tiny drops of liquid.
Cameton has the effect of a mild anesthetic (analgesic), local anti-inflammatory, as well as antiseptic (disinfecting) and antimicrobial effects.
The emulsion "Cameton" is placed in a bottle equipped with devices for spraying and dosing. The bottle also has a guide nozzle. Cameton comes on sale in two forms: aerosol (spray cans of 30 grams and 45 grams) and metered spray (20 milliliters). Both forms contain spray liquid.

chlorobutanol hydrate (mild anesthetic, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory drug. It soothes the inflamed mucous membrane of the larynx);
camphor (mild antiseptic, irritating, enhances blood flow. Effective in the throat against inflammatory changes);
menthol (characterized by local irritating effect, which is expressed in mild cold, slight burning and tingling. Local anesthetic, weak antiseptic. In case of painful dry cough, it may facilitate respiratory function);
eucalyptus oil (stimulating effect on the mucous membranes. Local antiseptic and anti-inflammatory drug).
Long-term preservation of the drug components on the mucous membranes was noted. Substances are not susceptible to absorption, blood plasma does not contain them. They do not have a significant effect on the body.
The therapeutic effect of the drug is from four to six hours.

By pressing the dispensing device, the drug is sprayed into the mouth or nose. Inhalation should be done on inhalation. It lasts from three to five seconds.
