Today itโ€™s hard to find someone who doesnโ€™t have a blender in the kitchen. Unfortunately, often this simple and useful thing befalls the fate of many representatives of household appliances. After the initial delight of the purchase and active use, it is thrown somewhere on the shelf so that it does not interfere at hand. Most often this happens because people cook one dish in it, and, of course, sooner or later it bothers. However, the recipes for the blender are incredibly varied. This is very easy to verify.

Many young mothers buy a blender to easily and simply cook food for the baby. It is really indispensable when you need to thoroughly grind fruits, vegetables, porridge or soup until a smoothie is smooth. In this case, there is no need to look for any special recipes for the blender, since everything the child has to eat is chopped.

But what about the blender if the baby is already grown? Of course, continue to use! First of all, itโ€™s worth a good understanding of what nozzles you have for the blender and what they are for.

One of the most common is the nozzle, which is called a blender. Its meaning, based on the name, is to grind and mix. Almost all of the most popular recipes for a blender require the use of this particular nozzle. For example, these are a variety of cocktails. The simplest of them is milk with ice cream and some kind of syrup. Alcoholic cocktails can be prepared in the same way. One should only bear in mind that their taste will very much depend on the proportions of the ingredients.

Incredibly convenient to cook sauces in a blender. It does not matter if they are hot or cold. We all love mayonnaise, but most often we buy it in the store. However, there is nothing easier than making the mayonnaise yourself in a blender. To do this, it is enough to put all the necessary products in a container, and these are egg yolks, pepper, mustard, salt and sugar, and beat them without a break, gradually adding sunflower oil. At the end, add a little lemon juice. The taste is divine! If desired, you can make the mayonnaise more spicy or add greens, garlic and any other seasonings to taste.

It is just as easy to prepare in a blender and soup puree. Boil all the necessary ingredients, transfer them to the blender bowl with the broth and mix. For a blender, there is no difference between potatoes, herbs and a piece of meat. Everything will turn into an incredibly appetizing smelling homogeneous mass. There are many more exotic options. But there is only one sense - to mix everything.

However, recipes for a blender are not limited to simply mixing. Using a special whisk, you can whip cream almost instantly. A blender is generally indispensable in the preparation of various creams. Even ordinary sour cream with sugar is incredibly airy and tender. In addition, with a whisk, it is very easy to knead the dough.

For the preparation of a more liquid dough, for example, pancake, a special chopper, which closes with a lid, is ideally suited. Everything is thoroughly mixed, and at the same time it is not sprayed around. In the same container, minced meat is obtained, which does not match the one that comes out of the meat grinder. The fact is that in a blender the meat is only cut, not crumpled, which is why the dishes from it turn out to be unusually juicy and aromatic.

A good blender "knows how" and finely chop vegetables. This is especially true for lovers of cabbage salads, which, as you know, can be eaten in kilograms, but chopping as it is quite difficult.

One conclusion can be made: the blender should be actively used, and not gather dust on the shelf, and life will become much tastier.
