Sometimes you really want to please your household with some tasty and interesting dish. That may be julienne. Not quite an ordinary recipe for its preparation is presented below. So, this dish should include meat (usually chicken), mushrooms, waxes, baked with cheese. It is customary to cook it in a special bowl, which is called "cocotte".

In order to make julienne with chicken and mushrooms in a slow cooker in an amount of 5-6 servings, the following ingredients are needed:
- porcini mushrooms - ½ kilograms;
- chicken fillet - ½ kilogram;
- onion - 1 piece;
- sour cream or cream - 200 grams;
- flour - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- hard cheese - 100 grams;
- breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- drain. oil - 50 grams.
How to cook julienne with chicken and mushrooms in a slow cooker?
Preliminarily, it is better to boil the meat in salted water. After it cools, the fillet is cut into pieces of not very large size. For this dish, two variants of proportions can be used: 1: 1 (the same amount of meat and mushrooms) or 2: 1.
While the fillet is being prepared, you can cook mushrooms, onions and special sauce using a slow cooker. To do this, the first of these ingredients is fried in butter. Cooking mode - baking, time - 20-40 minutes. Pre-mushrooms should be peeled and cut into slices of small thickness. During frying, stir several times. Then proceed to cooking the onion. We spread the mushrooms in a separate bowl, leaving the oil, and fry it until transparent (this process takes about 10 minutes). Also, remove the plate. Now let's do the sauce. The flour is fried for 3 minutes, then sour cream is added to it, everything is mixed until a homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained. When the mixture thickens, it is necessary to pour hot water (1 tablespoon) and mix well. This should be done several times until you get a mass similar to low-fat sour cream. The sauce is brought to a boil, poured into a container with a lid and closed. The last stage remained - mixing all the elements of such a wonderful dish as julienne with chicken and mushrooms. First of all, the multicooker pan is carefully lubricated with vegetable oil, fillets are laid on the bottom, then a layer of onions, then mushrooms. The sauce is poured on top. The finishing touch is the addition of grated cheese mixed with breadcrumbs.
The crock-pot is closed by a lid and the “baking” mode is turned on for half an hour. After cooking, the dish is left for a few minutes with the lid open. It should be served hot.
