Beat 3 eggs in a mixer, blender or manually, pour 500 ml of warm milk and 50 ml of melted butter, and then beat again. Without ceasing to beat, add 5 g of granulated sugar and 2 pinches of salt, pour 1 cup of flour in small portions. Stir until the lumps are completely dissolved, and then set the dough aside for 10-15 minutes so that the flour absorbs the liquid well. Warm the large pan evenly over medium heat, grease with cooking oil and bake pancakes on both sides. The result should be about 12 pieces. Important. If desired, vegetable oil can be used instead of butter, and half the norm of milk can be replaced with warm water. In this case, the pancakes will turn out more subtle, but the taste will become less tender and rich, however, in combination with minced meat, this will not be very noticeable.

How to make minced pancakes

Finely chop the 2 medium onions. In a frying pan over medium heat, heat 20 ml of vegetable oil, and then add 20 g of butter and wait until it melts. This technique will make the filling tender, with a rich creamy taste, and will not allow it to burn. Put chopped onion and sauté for 10 minutes until light brown. It is necessary that a gentle caramel crust forms on the surface, but the onion itself does not burn. Put it in a bowl and set aside for now.

Important. To prepare the filling, any minced meat is suitable: pork, beef, chicken or turkey, as well as a mixture of several types.

Put another 20 g of butter in the same pan, melt and put 0.5 kg of minced meat. Constantly stirring and breaking the lumps, fry it until tender. Pour 1/3 teaspoon of salt, a little freshly ground black pepper, mix and combine with fried onions.
