1. Grind the cucumber and ham with straws. Spread on a plate.

2. In the bowl, mix the mayonnaise with mustard.

3. Take the buns, cut off the tops and take out the flesh. Grease the bottom with a mustard-mayonnaise mixture. Then spread the slices of ham and cucumber.

Food set (based on 6 servings):

  • 6 tbsp. l butter;
  • 150 g of black bread;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • some hard cheese;
  • 6 eggs.

Practical part

Cut the bread into slices, the thickness of which does not exceed 1 cm. Now you need to peel the garlic. We take slices of bread. We rub each of them with garlic and butter. Separate the whites from the yolks, place in a blender and beat. It should make a lush foam. Spread whipped whites, crushed yolks and grated cheese on bread . Sandwiches are not ready yet. Put them on a baking sheet and put in the oven. Cooking time - 3-5 minutes (at 180 degrees). The dish is served hot. Chopped greens are used as decoration.

  • 150 g of fresh tomatoes;
  • 12 quail eggs (or 6 chicken);
  • loaf of white bread;
  • 6 slices of sausage (you can take meat slices);

1. Loaf cut into 10-12 slices. Remove the crumb from half the pieces. In this dish, it will no longer be useful.
