- 4 bay leaves, preferably fresh;
- olive oil;
- sea ββsalt and black pepper.
Washed but unpeeled potatoes cut along. All pieces are preferably the same size. Cut the fennel leaves, and divide the heads into 6 parts. Throw vegetables into boiling water and cook for 2 minutes after boiling. Throw the mass into a colander so that the glass is excess water.
