- 3 glasses of water are poured into a deep saucepan and 5 glasses of sugar are poured. On low heat, syrup is boiled from the above ingredients.

- Pure berries spread in hot syrup.
- The pan is again sent to the stove. The grapes in the syrup are brought to a boil, after which they are removed from the heat and cooled for 6 hours.
